Sir, when surge current comes during running condition at time Overcurrent relay (1st relay) will trip the circuit or not?
If not please explain
What will be the time for the two relay?
Normal Overcurrent relay and shock time?

But sir normal olr bhi tabhi trip karata hai jab usme ki metaalic Strip constantly heat hoti hai ...
5-10 second ka margin usme bhi rehta hai
To why choose shock relay over olr relay?

Shantanu, shock relay ki sensitivity jyada hoti hai.. Shock relay wide range of adjustment provide karta hai..

Power supply to the motor will come form an MCB or MCCB right.
Is there any possibility for sensing the breaker as OL condition and trip ..?

Mathew, power supply to the motor will go through relay.
Relay will sense the abnormality.
