And in the whole world most of the imam read in the way of imam asim r.a (kufi)...

ليس كما أنت قلت ...الأية 31 من السورة جميع القراء العشرة والزائدة عنها ( الأربعة) ... يقرأونها كما هي في رواية حفص... ولا يضعون اولها ( قل ) كما أنت تقرأها فلا تكابر وارجع في تلاوتك .... هكذا في مصحف القراءات العشر .
Assalamu alaikum, they’re looking at mushaf on their phones. This is against the sunnah for a follower in the prayer, but from my knowledge it’s permissible
this is in the recitation of Khalaf 'An Hamza, it is just as "pure" as the one most Muslims today read in (recitation of Hafs 'An Asim), they were all revealed to us by the Prophet (PBUH) and he allowed us to recite in any of these recitations. The ones most Muslims use today in prayer wasn't always the most popular, from my knowledge the recitation of Addori 'An Alkasa'ei was more popular, and it's currently the one i enjoy reciting most in. I Advise listening to some reciters for some months before reciting them in prayer though, as they have different Tajweed rules.

حتى لو قال الشيخ في أول الآية (قل) من الممكن أن يكون أخطأ ويجب أن يرده أحد المصلين خلفه
قد يرد الخطأ من اي قارئ فلم تقل له اتق الله
