i like how in 2:01 it looks like green is trembling as he holds his notes, not only out of fear of death by black's hands but from losing his composure. Red has been killed directly in front of Green and no-one could keep their calm in a situation like that, not even something as monstrous as Green. I think it adds so much humanity into the characters, even though this is a funny amogus goes beep boop mod

2:01 Green’s sprites actually change here to have him crying, which is understandable. He just watched his boyfriend/husband get murdered brutally right in front of his visor. As far as we know, Red is one of the only people Green cares about, which is actually kinda sad. 😔

IMO I think that only applies to BF, and even then he dies in the original mod.
I’d say that he’s not immune, but forces you into a rap battle anyway even if he is dead. Basically I think the rules are that all sorts of battles/combat are in the form of a rap battle, but they do NOT make you immune
Another theory is that as long as there’s 2 people fighting, the battle will go on. For example, if there were 3 people, but one died, the rap battle world still continue until nobody remains

Ithey just aren’t in good terms with each other and red and green happened to stumble upon black. Them knowing how dangerous black is green tells red to retreat, however red does not and insists on fighting, and so green fights along red. ultimately getting them both killed
