- Starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui & Geetanjali Thapa, Jar Pictures' Liar's Dice was India's Official Entry for the Best Foreign Language Film for the 87th Academy Awards.
Synopsis : The canvas of the film stretches from a small village on the mountains called Chitkul, which borders China to the industrial land of big dreams, Delhi city. It’s about a young mother, Kamala and her 3-year-old daughter from a tribal community who embarks on a journey leaving their native land in search of her missing husband. Along this journey she encounters an army deserter who realizing the perils of the journey ahead for them, decides to accompany them to their destination. This film talks about a sense of futility; anger against the system and also explores the dynamics of a man woman relationship. It’s a linear narrative travel story with a more alarming backdrop of the socio political conditions of India today.

The tragic story of hundreds upon hundreds of millions of workers on the move around the world who (because of capitalism/imperialism and the subsequent gain and concentration of wealth for a few parasites and poverty for the rest of the working humanity) leave their homes for work and a wage, to sustain their lives, but many of them never reach their intended destination or, if they do, never return home again . 😢

Kamla husband died, Nawaz hound his belongings, thats why in earlier scene, he tried to hug her to console her with out telling about her husband
Can someone explain the ending
maybe
1. her husband died and he found out but couldn’t tell her ( i think this way 80%) because she call couldn’t reach him long time ago but it was ringing in the final scene
2. or maybe he found out her husband cheated something with her and then he kill her husband
