Hē So No O. They actually made a video for that, it’s an intro mv. Both Hesono O is supposed to be listened to one after the other. It’s basically 1 track
Hesono is Japanese for umbilical cord. XG has a chant Hesono! 'O!
It basically means that they are closer than siblings, XG are not just a group, but family.
XG Documentary EP 7 (I think) was heavily focused on Hesono.
They released a MV and BTS video for it.
I can't wait to start the doc but thank you for that clarification! And that meaning is soooo cute!
Fun fact. The song writer Rachel West was credited as one of the backing vocalists. You can hear her on the second verse with Jurin. The “ah ah ah ah”. Then she also ad-lib some parts on the chorus. She sings the last few words.

Btw HESONO-O is umbilical cord in Japanese which is also their chant before and after performing.
