20 days ago i expierenced, little dark brown urine, and i was often started going gym for 4-5 days. than i stopped going to gym for 10 days as i was not lefting weights just some cardio and now my urine is as normal condition. and in order to go to gym, i tested CPK level and its says. 2606.7 U/L range in 24-170, is it normal ? what should i do ? can i go to gym.
