quite simple really. This is a 20something music player with a few tunes that are worth it. He is no Carl Cox, Jeff Mills but not a Marcus Intalex or Dillinjah neither. We cannot pronounce ppl gods of anything with so little accomplishments however good is their potential.

Wow would love to see this added to a game I play, it has a nightclub and would be awesome to have some awesome music. The game is caled SCUM made by Gamepires, I love your sets they are proper bangers and jammin in the game to it would be amazing :).
Sorry for the late reply haha, but I think it's really interesting, showing a completely different focus on the art; instead of spending time beatmatching he's choosing to opt for much more intricate and complex transitions. The sync button is allowing him to spend more time with the general flow of the mix etc and do many more things at once, you'll notice he's still almost constantly doing various things in his mix. Learning to beatmatch is really important, but once you've mastered it I don't see much harm in using sync (tho I personally don't) and emphasising other aspects of your mixing. Especially since beatmatching is very easy to master, and tends to take up a lot of time if you're constantly focussing on doing it by ear instead of using technology freely available to you. I would definitely agree with you however if it was a beginner using sync as a shortcut to essentially skip learning a lot of the fundamentals. Imanu obviously knows how to beatmatch by ear.
It's one of those things that once you learn how to do, there isn't really any more progression with beatmatching beyond getting the tracks completely in sync, so I can definitely see the appeal of choosing to focus on other aspects of djing instead
We hope you enjoy re-watching IMANU at our VISION Kingsnight 2020 live-stream. Stay safe, stay sane ❤️
