Spirit Box: best results are in the dark with the door closed and only one person in the room (it mostly doesn't depend on who it is) Ghost Writing: leave it alone for some time but in my opinion Ghost writing is one of the most reliable evidences. If they didn't write in it after a while being alone with the book they probably never will Fingerprints: appear on things the ghost did touch, but on doors only on one side Little tip: sometimes if you already got two kinds of evidence you already can rule out some as the third evidence so you don't have to check for them. Please also don't say their names unless you can't find evidence and you really want to provoke an action. The "Luigi" board in active state (letters glow) gives you money if photographed. Equipment: you don't have to get it back once you are done. But if one player dies you loose all the stuff this player bought and equipped for that session. Dirty water: You can turn on the water before but don't need to. The ghost can do it themselves. I've read that standing besides a sink and asking for a sign helps but honestly we did also have some trouble getting dirty water

Kevin is the type of ghost hunter that would cleanse a ghost by just badgering it until it just left
