- With almost all of the current rolling stock on the Great Eastern Mainline being replaced in the coming months/years, I decided to have a trip down to some of the London-based stations to see what was running through. I planned to visit the stations between Romford and Shenfield; these being Gidea Park, Harold Wood, Brentwood and finally Shenfield. Like I said, alot of stock is being replaced like the Class 90's, 321's, 360's and 315's and I was happy to see all of them. The TFL 315's are being replaced by the Crossrail Class 345's whereas the GreaterAnglia trains are to be replaced by brand new Stadler 745's and bombardier 720's. I was glad aswell to see some freight with one being worked by a pair of Freightliner Class 86's.
Includes:
GreaterAnglia:
Class 90's (82 DVT's)
Class 321's
Class 360's
TFL:
Class 315's
Class 345's
Freightliner:
Class 86's
Class 66
