how do i tilt my older TRACO windows for inside cleaning; it has a tiny opening like button hole on each side not sure how to release them? thank you i n advance!
The house we most recently purchased has Traco Windows. Its almost impossible to remove the screens in order to clean. And if you do manage to get them out, good luck getting the back in. Very poorly designed.

Dead air space hollow frames are better than foam insulated frames?
