I think the parenting requests show that she is smart and advocating for her daughters safety. She literally put it in writing that he cant take her and then pawn her off to be watched by some random girlfriend or others. Her requirements greatly reduce the chance of the little one being neglected or abused.

It's spiteful and selfish and controlling. He should be able to spend as much time with his daughter as she does and he should be trusted as her father to not leave her in the care of someone who isn't reliable. Sorry but it sounds like she is trying to use the baby to spite Joe and that's not right either regardless of what he's done

What is wrong with people? Why do they have to cheat? I’ve never understood it. I’m not married, but none of the men I’ve been surrounded with throughout my life have cheated on their wives. It’s not that difficult to make a commitment and keep it. Same goes for wives cheating on husbands. In this case, he couldn’t make it 2 years without giving into his impulses? It’s just disgusting. If you’re unhappy, work it out, or don’t- but don’t add insult to injury by cheating.

As a fan of the Lawrence brothers it’s been said that Joey has a history of cheating…Samantha may not get what she’s requesting in regards to their daughter unless she can prove that he’s endangering the child.
All those stipulations make me think he must also have substance issues. No attorney would request that unless they can prove endangerment
I hope it's more and not just her being mad even though he cheated doesn't mean he doesn't deserve to be a father to his daughter.

Also, I’m not so sure that her parenting requests aren’t a little much, sounds like she’s very angry (as she should be) but it sounds to me like that’s being shown through all the demands in the parenting requests. I’m not judging though. I wasn’t in their relationship and I don’t know everything she knows. I’m only stating my observation from an outsiders perspective. I pray they can all move forward and heal! 🙏🏻😢
Actually, her requests are exactly everything I did going through divorce, she's smart if you ask me! It's not about being vengefu,l it's about protecting her child which she has every right to do and should. The spouse that cheats, which is him in this case, often bring toxic people into their lives and that can be detrimental to the child! I know this from experience, unfortunately.
She may not be smart, and yes, Joey cheated, but his daughters shouldn't be punished by being kept from seeing their father.
The cheating is disgusting and unforgiveable but that has nothing to do with parenting. If he has been a good parent and consistent part of his daughters life then I think that custody areangement is incredibly selfish. You dont use children to spite your ex. Unless she has some kind of genuine reason for this then he should absolutely not agree to it because she can say oh its at my discretion so you arent seeing her bye

Now we know more about child abuse, I can imagine how much anxiety i would have about leaving my daughter in particular with anyone at all without my supervision. This proposed parenting plan is HORRIBLE. My boyfriend’s ex did this to him and she keeps the child away from their father in order to punish them. It is psychological warfare with a child being used as a weapon. Young children need a lot of bonding time with each parent. A child that is just learning to say mama and dada is not going to say “I want to stay at dads” for YEARS! So messed up.
If a parent should have a lot of bonding time with their child then the parent should be HOME with the family where they belong and NOT in someone else's bed CHEATING! Sounds to me like he is getting EXACTLY what he deserves.
It was clearly stated he can have visitations and when she is older and can ask to visit him she can if it’s only him taking care of her. I love her for that, what if he gets a sitter who can aboser the kid!! She is simply taking care of her baby!

Her divorce filing simply states, here are the consequences for your actions. If he truly loved his wife and daughter he would have never cheated. It’s pretty simple.
