There's no such thing as "Khom is such and asshole to leave the other player when they're still loading the level" because that's how the mode works. You seems to never saw khom's videos other than this one since I've seen khom actually helping his teammate as long as they're not slowing him down (assisting, medkit heal and actually wait for others for the sake of gain more points).
