If I get hit with a panic attack or start to dissociate at work or when I'm out, or when I'm home, I load up a new vid and let that chill do its thing. Ough mate. I know exactly what you are experiencing. I've had this coming and going through the years and when it hits hard, it's like being under an hell-spell. I found a remedy that helped me. It's all about proper breathing to stimulate the vagus nerve (empty your lungs completely of air - take the deepest of breaths and fill up your lungs - hold your breath for 6-10 sec - redo the process 6-10 times/reps "it can make you dizzy but it's due to you being oversaturated by fresh oxygen which is what you want"). When I understood that this mind-body-body-mind thing was intricately connected on a physiological level, and hed felt the effects of it, it immediately changed my life. I also did The Wim Hof Method (breathing excercises available on youtube). It really helped me with facing the fear of these feelings instead of trying to run away from them. I know this might sound like a Cliché, but it couldn't be more true. Also, my self talk has improved. My inner dialogue is kind and understanding. You probably have wounds from your childhood or is just a very sensitive person. It's important that you focus on yourself first and others after. Atleast til you know yourself better and can distribute your energy without draining yourself. Also, don't always jump on the thought train. Try to let it pass instead. If you can't, then try to stay objective to your thoughts rather than reactive. If that doesn't work either, try to feel your feelings as much as you can by finding them in your body. Focus and analyze where the feelings are located, if they are stronger or weaker, if they tingle, if they buzz, if they make you dizzy, whatever really. treat it like your an onlooker, a scientist analyzing a phenomenon. By doing this, you are effectively turning it into a meditation session, even if not pleasent. Once you start doing this, you have begun a journey of healing yourself. Don't get discouraged if you don't succeed the first time. Believe me, once you do this more and more, you will see an inner change starting to happen. Start with the three step breathing. Make it into an habit. It only takes 2-5 minutes a day, but it is minutes well worth the investment. I hope this can help you some my friend.

I'm not struggling anymore. That's the good part :) Through suffering comes wisdome I guess :) If you practice breathing excercises each day, you will be more equipped the next time you have an attack. The three part breath excersice is a weapon against panic attacks. You will see. Once you practice it during an attack, and you notice the positive effects of it, the level of fear in you will start to dissipate over time. btw, convince yourself that you are not afraid. Tell yourself that, in a mantra, to anchor it within. That will also help. You can feel fear, but you are not afraid. There is a difference there, and on a deep level you know it's true!. The lake is always calm both after and before the storm. So is your inner core's baseline. Return to the baseline! @@eruditeidiot

The neon twinkles through every particle of mist. I wonder what sweets and candy I could get from this stall. Wet grit crunches beneath my footsteps as splashes of run off cascade upon stone, from the roof-top gutters above. A cool, laden breeze funnels through the alleyways. A sudden gust makes my eyes water and I see blurry lamps swinging around me. The smell of Chicken cooking, entices me onwards, around corners bidding surprise and opportunity for a sale. My hair clings to my face in strands laced with rain. My coat feels heavy and damp. Soon I must go home to dry off in the warm.
