First you need to remove the usb receiver then click the fn+f3 .... After that plug the usb receiver to your device and wait a few minutes to be connected to your mini keyboard....... I hope its works❤️
I did the FN+F1 and brought the Mini keyboard just right behind the USB receiver which was plugged on my PC and it worked.. Thought of doing that cause i have 2 more USB reicevers for mouse and keyboard on my PC and thought the they might intefere..
Mine was working well n then after 6 months it started blinking orange light continously. Its not connecting with the t.v. The cursor is not moving and i cannot make any text inputs. I have tried pressing Fn +F1 but its still not working This is the 3rd mini keybpard to start behaving like that n am starting to think they r not made to work for long. Fake lil gadgets And its not like i dropped it on the floor it just stopped working
No lights there on mine. Only shows red charging light when I put into plug. Please help.

Hold the Fn and then f2 that turns on back light
Hold the Fn button in on bottom left and then that key number will turn light on and off

try to unplug n plug the usb then press fn+f1
The colorful lights on mine are flashing, but it’s not doing anything.

Tri to plug in usb dongle that comes with keyboard to the tv box. Dongle located on the back of the keyboard slide to open
