Hey Mimo! You should try turon, it’s a filipino banana fried roll. It’s wrapped in a lumpia wrapper (filipino eggroll wrap) and filled with banana and jackfruit. Then you fry it up just like you did!
I made something like that before but with bigger wrapper so longer eggroll. I pan fried it as well and server it with a bit of maple syrup and French Vanila ice cream
I had something similar to this at a Chinese restaurant when I was a kid but they came out flambé and the server immediately puts them in ice water. Then it's served with a glaze over it and vanilla ice cream. It makes the outside hard and sweet but the bananas are still warm inside. They are amazing.

Egg rolls are like fried spring rolls, but the wrapper is a thicker dough than just rice paper. These look like won ton wrappers, since they are small squares. Neither egg rolls or wontons are like puff pastry.

I think those are dumpling wrapper because I never see a very small egg roll wrapper like that and you can get the egg roll wrapper at the Asian store
