I've often wondered if people with more adventurous musical inclinations are attracted to the organ for its possibilities -- or if it's rather that, during the relationship one develops with this instrument, one gains a more powerful sense of its capacities, and progressively dives deeper. Perhaps it's both. It's always a pleasure to hear such a skilled organist go on these kaleidoscopic adventures.
I can see and hear how much you enjoyed playing this Organ! Having grown up as a Cathedral Chorister at WC in the mid 60's, I remember well being called upon to turn-pages for the Organist after the 10.30 Mass. I think it's fair to say, it's the finest Cathedral Organ in the UK , and without a doubt, the finest Organ in London; there's nothing quite like it! Are You giving a recital there?
This is handsome, handsome playing and a beautiful exploration of the instrument. Thank you! I feel as if I have been treated!
Magnificent. This remembers me clearly of playing a full evening there. Incredible sound, very special, dark place 🙂
I was there too!

No recital this time. It was my birthday that day and the cathedral was free that evening!
