Definitely an original design for your boiler. Some recommendations: Your metal tile for cooling your auto-sweeper is dangerously close to the magma and as you have not yet defined the time for the filter gates you will most likely overfill your reservoir tile between your doors and even with well defined timing it might happen. you will flash your drop of crude oil in no time as soon as magma touches the metal tile. Your auto-miner has no automation, so it will start the moment your magmatile solidifies and you will loose a lot of potential heat (half the mass is lost after mining), better use a thermo sensor, which also controls the autonomer and you can extract much more heat from the igneous rock before you put it in your steam chamber.
i built the boiler quite a while ago and switch to petroleum gen on the main base , the design is an older one which also cause a lot of problems for me since i had to fix the pipes again and again and the petroleum flashing to sour gas, hope your design holds out better than mine. Thanks for the videos as always and keep on the good work :)
For petroleum boiler I’m usualy building robo miner and auto sweeper in seperate room under magma chamber in a way that it can mine and pickup igneus rock diagonally so its less likely that something will go wrong and overheat. Usually I'm also making that room a steamroom and using it for cooling mined igneus rock
As long as it doesn't melt, you could use another hydro sensor to sense any liquid between the doors to control the higher door. You would then no longer have a need for the filters.
I would like if you made a new cities skylines series with natural disasters and use the Airport DLC, it would be cool bring cities skylines back to the channel

Thanks for the tips! Can I add a temp sensor into the magma tile or will it stop working when the tile solidifies?
Yes, your thermo sensor will still work in a solidified tile.
👍
It took a while, but I finally caught up!
You're the ultimate engineering wizard, I love your videos!
Cheers and thanks for watching!
You forgot steel automation wire, placed gold instead
Hope you are having a great day
Thanks, hope you too!;)

Passing by, just to thank you for producing such an amazing series! Wish all the best and keep pushing ONI, it is amazing!
Thanks Rafael, always a pleasure;)
Loving these videos as always!
😘
I would place the joint plate down between the hot room and the pump instead of between the steamturbine room and the pump.
I think petrolium boilers are my favorite kind of contraption
👍

Good idea!

You may have caught it, but I think you placed copper automation wires on one of the doors.

YOOOOOO
Hey
Now I have to watch the next episode.
😉
There is a pipe above the liquid reservoir that cannot be reached.
15:46 no
You do know that flying rockets break neutronium, right ?
Thought that was patched
👍
