Pennsylvania Chemicals -- construction phase complete

The Pennsylvania Chemicals project is now construction complete and the final block has been handed over to Shell Polymers Monaca’s asset team. All major construction activities on the site, including bulk and equipment installation and other major tasks, have now been completed. The construction team has handed over responsibility to the commissioning and start-up teams who will complete our mission by taking the facility into operations later this year.
