    CLERODENDRO
    In inglese viene chiamato glorybower, bagflower o bleeding-heart. Il genere
    Clerodendrum comprende circa da 300 a 500 specie (a seconda delle Botaniche) ed è appartenente alla famiglia delle Lamiaceae. Tutte le specie di Clerodendrum sono completamente commestibili. Come altre Lamiaceae è molto profumato e l'unico limite nell'utilizzo in cucina può essere proprio il profumo (e ve lo dice una che non sopporta nemmeno l'odore di salvia e rosmarino). Nel video vediamo Clerodendrum trichotomum Thunb. che oltre ad essere una specie completamente commestibile, ha anche proprietà fitoterapiche veramente interessanti. Sono stati isolati e identificati, infatti, da questa specie 283 composti, tra cui monoterpeni e suoi derivati, sesquiterpeni, diterpenoidi, triterpenoidi, flavonoidi e glicosidi flavonoidi, glicosidi feniletanoidi, steroidi e glicosidi steroidei, cicloesiletanoidi, antrachinoni, glicosidi cianogenici e altri. Studi farmacologici hanno dimostrato che questi composti hanno attività antinfiammatoria e antinocicettiva, antiossidante, antipertensiva, anticancro, antimicrobica, antidiarroica, epatoprotettiva, ipoglicemizzante e ipolipidemica, potenziatrice della memoria e neuroprotettiva e gli studi confermerebbero quindi, gli utilizzi che sono sempre stati fatti nella medicina popolare (folk medicine) di questa pianta.
    Infatti le foglie e i giovani germogli di C. trichotomum, le radici, i fiori e i frutti, vengono utilizzati in cucina e nella medicina popolare per i suoi effetti antinfiammatori, analgesici, antitumorali, sedativi e ipotensivi oltre che nel trattamento dell'artrite reumatoide, dei dolori articolari, delle infiammazioni della pelle o dell'asma.

      Esatto. A me non piace essere trattata da scema e non mi piace trattare da sceme le persone. Io non dico una cosa perché sono io o perché è una mia opinione. Io rispetto così tanto chi mi segue e vi considero intelligenti, colti e vi metto nella condizione di poter verificare e approfondire quello che dico. C'è veramente un profondo rispetto per chi decide di regalarmi il suo tempo (preziosissimo) e decide di ascoltarmi o leggermi.
