Hi..May I ask actually can use milk cotton?I would like to ask is it the 3 ply (strand)milk cotton is suitable to crochet mask chain?
Hi! 🤗 I have not work with milk cotton yarn before but noted that it is a cotton blended yarn, which can be 80% cotton, 20% milk fiber (acrylic) or 80% cotton, 20% cashmere, etc. I would think any fine yarn (including 3 ply) can be used to crochet the mask strap. Just that I reckon sometimes the finished product may slightly curl or stretch due to the different properties of the fibers and crochet tension.

It could be due to the type of yarn used. 100% mercerised cotton yarn is used in this strap making. Cotton is an inelastic fiber and mercerised cotton yarn has less tendency to become frizzy. Hope the above helps.💗🙂

I would think any fine yarn can be used to crochet the mask strap. I have not work with indophil yarn before but i read that it is a softer acrylic yarn. Due to the different properties of the fibers and crochet tension, I reckon the finished product may slightly curl.
