Hi, I’m having trouble. The Inner chamber just sits in there and spins when I try to torque the center bolt. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you for your time and your video.
What you need to do is reach your hand it and put some pressure on the inner rod...and spin the bolt with an impact wrench. Do that a few times and it should tighten eventually.
I did my 03 seals way back in 07 n I had to buy this special tool to do it if I remember correctly. Pls tell me I'm mistaken and don't need any special tools.. My seals are to the point I can't ride n the local shop wants 120 bucks n a week hold 😣
I just picked one up last night that needs a rebuild, you can pull up on the forks and there is about a 4 inch dead spot. Where can I get the required fluid levels needed as well as general info for my fork?
@@mxgryan i know, some of your vids help,i have to put all new bearings in the cases, get the ctlinder replated and rebuild the shock and forks, its a 94 cr125,parts are cheap and easy to find, hopefully it will be done soon so i can start riding.
I thought 03's had KYBs and 04 was the year with Showas

Seal driver, cap wrench, lower holder. 120 is a great deal if that includes seals Mark. Would you considering joining our team and subscribing?!

@@mxgryan thanks a ton, and do yoh have a link for that oil removal tool?
@@mxgryan and is that the only specialty tool?
