- Those three days were unforgettable and I'm so happy I got to spend them with my friends, I'll always cherish them and the memories! I didn't show it as much, but I also got to meet and dance with my Instagram mutuals, so happy to have met them in person finally!! Thank you KCON for making the dream stage an opportunity for the fans, I'll forever be grateful for the chance to dance on stage with IVE, it was a dream come true!! ✨🩷

Hii sorry for a lot of questions but 1. do they do a lot of interviews? bc i prob won’t be able to say the right stuff haha 2. they don’t let u have food and water right? 3. does staff airdrop footage of rehearsal? 4. Do u get to keep your badges?
Hello!! For interviews, the host started interviewing some of the contestants on stage during the in between time when judges were finishing scoring the previous group (I wasn't asked questions though bc the host didn't start asking until later in the auditions) but there were tv crews like a Korean news outlet and then one from LA that I talked to! The questions are fairly tame, I was asked how long did I take to practice and what I like about the k-pop community.
I don't think water and food are allowed through security into the convention center but they gave us free waters and you can buy food inside! If you are chosen for the dream stage, you can bring water into the concert venue (I didn't know this and threw away my water before going in and was dehydrated 😭). However, some people brought in bigger bags filled with makeup and hair tools for touching up which did pass security!
The staff put us into a WhatsApp group chat and sent us the rehearsal video and pictures from the event afterwards :))
We got to keep our audition number but the badges we could not keep or even post online to avoid the risk of people recreating them!! Gotta keep everyone safe!

@@racheldimaguila8020 thank you for replying! I’d love to bring like a steel water bottle too in case. So they had free waters for 200 people? And did anyone bring food/snacks inside their bag with makeup? Because the wait seems long

Are u planning to audition again? & did u also happen to post in all platforms and just choose 1 to send in the google form? Idk if they really take into account which platform is good if that matters
So I just realized after talking with another person that did the dream stage that the staff actually didn't provide waters for everyone, my friends actually brought some to me and I forgot that's what happened until now 😭 you won't be able to bring any food or water into the convention itself but you can purchase it inside. The wait is very long and none of the dreamers could leave the audition site for hours unless you urgently needed to use the restroom (if I remember correctly, the audition lasted from 8/9am-12/1pm). My best suggestion is if you have a friend or family member you're going with that isn't auditioning to have them buy food or water for you inside the convention while you wait and give it to you.
Unfortunately I won't be auditioning or attending at all this year because I have final exams at the same time :((( I only posted on my Instagram account but I'm pretty sure any of the accepted online platforms are okay to submit and if I remember correctly, you can post it on multiple platforms and they'll just look at whatever link you give them in the Google form you submit.
@@racheldimaguila8020 aw I see. Also want to know😅were there times people were messing up but staff are ok with it? Bc rehearsals get me that way when I forget sometimes
@@Hyuneluv-zx3yw if you mess up during the auditions, you might not pass onto the dream stage unfortunately :((( but if you do pass, you go to rehearsals and you basically audition one more time to be placed in your spot on stage. Once you're in this spot, you continue to do rehearsals and if you mess up, the staff may or may not move you to another location in the form, it's pretty nerve wracking but just breathe and stay calm!!
hellooo i wanna ask did u buy tickets before auditioning for the dream stage? or is it alright to not buy tickets for the actual show and just audition for the dream stage? sorry for the questions but i wanna join the dream stage in kcon hk but i hv no idea whats gonna be happening🙏🏻🙏🏻
Hi! So I bought tickets for both the convention and concert but to do the dream stage, you only need the convention ticket because the convention is where the auditions are held. The concert ticket wasn't required to do the dream stage, I only kept it to see if I could join the audience once I was done but the dream stage was second to last so I missed a lot of the concert anyways because you have to stay backstage the entire concert until the dreamers perform, I don't think it's worth it to buy it unless you really want to see the headliner who was usually last for my concerts! Lmk if you have any questions!!
