The blue one is a beginner single sail glider for instruction and first free flying. It is sold by Wills Wing, California, USA and will cost estimated US$ 4500. For Import to India customs and taxes apply. Transport of these fragile items is an issue. It turned out to better travel to a flight park in Germany, Austria or the USA and take home a glider after instruction and training as a personal luggage item in shortpack to 2 m (6 ft).
The yellow and violet one is a model for an intermediately advanced pilot with at least 100 launches and successful landings under instruction. It is sold by Finsterwalder, Munich, Germany and might cost estimated 4200 €uro. For Import to India customs and taxes apply.

Not aware, in India there is no license required to fly a non powered Hang glider

It is done solo, and starts with ground training on a field or dune.
Tandem is possible, but to my knowledge currently not in Bir.
