Also if you change to one of the excavate classes you can get their rewards right ? Because you could try and get the warlock snake and bounce it multiple times
That new Maesta is so good. And I was already planning to make a deck with the old Maestra and Warlock cards from the Tourist to keep the disguise for longer and this is perfect for that deck.
An insane thing people dont mention is that it also makes it so every card buffs your lifesteal weapon. Sometimes its difficult to manage durability and might not attack sometimes to keep it for when you have extra mana. But now you buff it with warlock cards AND with your own cards once you play this
Yes!! I proposed a card like this a few years ago, calling it Masquerade. (Then they released Maestra of the Masquerade which didn’t quite do the trick). I am so excited about this as a spectral cutlass player! Cannot wait for this one!
I think the benefit of Rogue getting Guff that people seem to be missing is the draw. Rogue cards often cost zero as many people pointed out. They'll play 3-5 cards mid game and float 3 mana. Their hero power is frequently useless, or even detrimental if you have a different weapon equipped. Guff is 20 mana yes, but it's also a 2 mana repeatable draw for a class that wants to draw, and cheats the mana to do it without losing to tempo every game. Idk, I'm just a guy, but I'm fairly certain the draw is this money, not the 20 mana limit.

I have already tested this as a long time Tesspionage Player. Getting a hero card from another class is what makes Tess insane....if you get multiple hero cards even better because you'll switch every time Tess is played - this is what I needed other than Reno because Reno was a let down. I thought Reno being neutral would make your rogue cards from a different class but it doesn't and why I don't run him at all in Tess Rogue.
The card is interesting, but there are a lot pf situational or just bad heroes ; the unexpected factor and the synergy with tess makes it very interesting
3:40 the WILD beast pool sucks for Deathstalker Rexxar. The standard beast pool is better but its hard to say how good or bad choosing deathstalker rexxar from rogue's legendary tourist will be. (i assume the hero power will pull from the standard pool of beasts)
There is a whole lot of potential for this card to be insane but i think we still have to wait and see, last year people were asking for Bounce Around to be nerfed before it was even released at it turned out to be completely unplayable.
I can confirm that Yess will recast rogue spells. I play burgle cutlass rogue a lot,vso after playing Harth, becoming Galakrind and then playing Tess I got all rogue cards replayed. Not priest tho.

But Rogue doesn't want Guff, Rogue is going to destroy with some of those hunter heroes and/or Priest heroes. Warlock on the other hand with Guff will be extremely terrifying...

Definitely a cool card, but I think it's too easy to be bedazzled by the dream scenario of getting a good class hero, playing it, then playing Tess, and Tess being impactful. That's all far, far too slow, in my view, especially compared to the immediate impact of the other tourist legendaries we've seen. I think it's a 1-2 star card, possibly one that could get buffed later on honestly. Maybe there's some synergies it will have with other revealed cards, but if this sees play, my guess is that it'll mainly be for the Warlock Tourist effect.
Honestly I think people might be underestimating deathstalker rexxar Because the thing is that rexar's power is only dependent on the pool of beasts that you can draw from I'm looking at that pool one thing becomes very clear there are a lot of rush millions But not only that they also have cool effects such as poisonous self healing and sticky deathrattles Unfortunately it's not perfect one of the things that made rexars 10 year so good is because he could draw from Beasts that had lifesteel unfortunately there are none in the standard pool so it's not a perfect thing but I still say that it's probably not a choice that you should sleep on
There was a strategy in duels. Play as double class Reno Play mage hero card, evasion, cloak, shadow step and garrote Play Tess Play Tess Play Tess Play T... you get it. You can add bounce around and fake coin to that. Long story short, deck intro time...
Looks cool, but I think the meta will be hyper aggro so I doubt you will be alive to play this and the hero card you get from it, hope that I am wrong but it really looks like an aggro expansion
@3:17 Can I just say, Malfurion the Pestilent was never good, he just happened to fit in with 12 or so other broken cards and it made him look not too bad. 7 mana 2 doods meh hero power was never good, but if Druid was literally always ahead, sure, I guess they'll run it.
2nd time Maestra will be broken because of another card. Someone will def figure out a infinite with Tess. I don't really think it's a 5 star card but definitely a worthy one
The image for the reveal has changed a few times if I recall correctly... Which is likely a reference to Maestra and her "Disguise as another class" thing. As far as reveals go... They're all being done in the order of the Tourists (Mage gets Paladin Tourist > Paladin gets Rogue Tourist > Rogue gets Warlock Tourist etc) Meaning DH reveals aren't until the 8th after Shaman.
Looks more like a fun card than a good one. Too inconsistent and - as other people have said - Rogue doesn't need Guff because their cards cost no mana anyway. That's fine though. It can still be a fun card. :)
And all you need to play for uthers otk is the "hero power triggers twice" with the "can use hero power twice in a turn" then wham, deadge. Otks are always one stinky card away from making the game so unenjoyable, can't wait..

It'll see a ton of play. It's required for Rogue to use Warlock cards. So unless Warlock doesn't get any broken cards (Which is incredibly unlikely) every Rogue deck will include Maestra simply to be able to play these broken cards even if they have no intention of ever playing the minion.
Rogue doesn't need guff. Their card don't cost mana anyways...

Yes you do. The Excavate reward is always from your current class if it has any.

sadly likely it won't be played in wild but if it will be played it will be part of otk with the pirate that reduces cost of none of your class

Pretty sure both Galakrond and the Invoke cards are both undiscoverable by random effects unless something changed.
If I remember right they patched domo rogue so that it just isn't possible anymore, but hopefully it works wirh non neutral heros
