    The music is a bit disturbing. But the setup is really professional! I been trying to build a better setup than I have for a long time. It's not that easy to press really well without a steel form. I would literally buy that setup! Super smart 👍👍

    Very nice setup here! The briquette press is awesome. I'd love to see the shredding end of that mixer if possible. My only minor worry would be the glossy ink on some of the boxes but that's not even a major one because I think your process takes care of that too. Very good finished product....way to go well done can't wait to see more!

    • @ianbyers1250

      Most glossy inks are made from clay based paints. The worst that might happen is the briquettes burn a funny green color for a few seconds.

    I saw quite a few videos on paper briquette making. Sounds like an environmentally friendly and economical way to sustainability. I do have a question, though: has it been researched if waste paper with printed material on it is harmful when burned, due to the fact that ink and/or powdered toner (used in laser printing) may produce harmful (or even toxic) airborne substances when burned?

      @@AdamMclardy it wouldn’t make a difference if all recyclables were technically recycled but unfortunately a lot of products simply get shipped from rich countries to poor countries were they’re dumped. Paper products aren’t nearly as big of a deal as plastic. Paper is in itself renewable because it comes from trees. When it degrades into the ground it starts anew. Making briquettes or recycling paper products both have the same results less trees being cut down.

    • @4450krank

    • @johnswimcat
      @johnswimcat 2 роки тому +1

      I think others say their briquettes made from a wet mulch take about a month to dry. It would depend on a lot of factors; the size and shape of a briquette, what it is made from, how compacted it is, how wet the mulch was, ambient temperature and humidity, airflow &c. Fascinating stuff in this world which sends good and safely combustible material to landfill
