It's a learned behavior in leadership. Many of them were praisers and dancers before they got their positions. Maybe they don't truly understand the story of David?? David danced before the Lord as King over all of Israel even to the point that his wife thought it unbefitting for a King. They better recognize..we serve an Incredible God that worthy of incredible praise.
They are older men and limited physical activity. But they are praisers!! They might can't dance everytime YOU feel like they should but doesn't mean they don't have a praise in their hearts. Young men are meant to be the dancers cause we have the strength to.

Why is the Bishops/Pastors the driest section? They should be leading in the praise. Never get too dignified to praise God.
