and next to Slum Rehabilitation Authority housing complex, a little too invasive. Most Omkar establishments are close to SRA housing Altamonte for example. No wonder Omkar is Mumbai’s Largest Slum Redeveloper, then, why pay a bomb to live in such a neighbourhood? Kohli also sold his flat here ....Also the builder is embroiled in too many cases!

I go to take private lectures in Omkar 1973 , trust me it's marvelous 😘 the entire structure and each bedroom and balcony with Glorious Sea view . I was literally stund when I visited first time and thought this is the dream house which every people want in their life. By the Grace of God ,One day I will buy flat in omkar 1973.

@@ashutoshjha8070 Depends on person to person. Most ultra rich people like Virat buy property just to get a tax break. They don’t really need the rental income. So you’ll see that many celebrities have 5 or 6 properties but they will rarely rent them out. The properties may remain empty or the owner might furnish them in case they want to use it as a second house. Their choice. If it’s a 3rd or 4th property, it usually lies empty.
But others who may wish to rent out the property may or may not furnish it. It’s the choice of the landlord
