- The Arduino-based A3 Pro laser has an engraving area of 37 x 38 cm (14.5 x 14.9").
The best results are obtained after thorough manual focusing of the laser beam before starting engraving.
If the edges of the trace are burnt, a subtle sanding often helps.
Although this device is not meant to cut, it is not a toy. Under no circumstance you should leave the engraver unsupervised. It is recommended to build a safe enclosure.
A pair of laser safety glasses is included. Caution: A laser beam, even reflected, can damage your eyes.
Excellent packing foam keeps the parts secured in the box. Assembling the laser engraver in about an hour is straight forward if you follow the instructions collected on the Wiki.
Software options: EleksCAM
The software offers different options:
• Pic carve. (BMP, JPG and SVG formats). burn a gray scale image
• TextCarve. Specific for text font style and the size of the area to put the text in. (dots or outlines).
• Load Gcode
• Built-in clip art engraving.

Good video and simple, I have a problem with this machine, when I write a text in "Outline text" mode the letters such as O, D, P, and all those that have an interior, that interior moves and there are no symmetrical ones, So, like the circles, it does not make them circular and does not close the circle. I have tried the test that appears in the image gallery and does not close the inner circle and appears deformed. Do you know what it can be? Thank you.
The software that comes with the A3 Pro is poor at best. It skips lines and sometimes skips whole areas of the project.
I switched to a 40 dollar US made software and I have had no issues and it comes with full customer support.
It's the 2t laser engraver software for eleksmaker it's amazing.

Ik heb een Chinese versie lasercutter 2500mw. Heb al heel wat fruitkratjes gebrand voor mijn klant. Nu was ik de lens aan het afstellen en deze raakt los. Kan gewoon weer aandraaien maar nu krijg ik het niet meer gebrand. Ook scherp ingesteld maar alsof het niet genoeg kracht heeft om te branden. Wat kan er mee gebeurd zijn of doe ik iets verkeerd. Ik hoop dat je me mee kan helpen.

Hi how do I increase the size of the finished laser engraving.it always comes out tiny and I want a4 sized engraving?
Thank You! this is the most helpful video I have found on this software. My laser has been collecting dust because it was so difficult to work with. I STILL have problems loading my own images though, any thoughts on that? It loads but does not seem to be a great quality when I need to make them smaller, even with a high quality picture.
Also, I cant seem to change the font? Any Idea on that?
you could try a different type of file: like a bmp, jpeg or pdf
I'm unable to switch my laser on and off from the software. Each time start up my laptop i have to re install my eleksMaker Evolution Desktop CAM V3,1 software. This software was given by the people i bought it from. Please can you help me out. Thank you

i got Eleks A3 pro i built the kit , everything was nice belt tension and ball bearing fine smooth running but when i load the pic i can't do preview all motors have power i feel it by touching them but they don't move at all , the laser working in the place i see the flash and burning in one spot because the motors don't move , can u help me pls . thanks
