Waitangi is known for its annual waka voyage, where hundreds of kaihoe (paddlers) jump aboard the giant wooden vessels and paddle in front of thousands of visitors.
It's hard to see people so close to each other and using such high lung power, and no one is even wearing a mask. Is the pandemic not a factor there? I wish you all health and safety from the other side of the globe.
