I had the pleasure of eating at Fogo De Chao in San Antonio recently for my nieces college graduation. I had a wonderful meal but the dish that blew me away was the lamb meatballs. I raise the best lamb that I have ever had and love, Greek, Turkish, Italian and Spanish style meatballs. Yours was the best. Would you share the recipe?
I have truly enjoyed these videos. Love the restaurant. The videos help to up my cooking skills.
That’s a really good cut! One of my favorites!!!
I bought it at the butcher shop. It was not skewered. But, otherwise it looked good. Fortunately, I have skewers at home. Hopefully it taste great!
Truthfully, picanha is at it's best grilled with a rotisserie, so the fat bastes the meat as it turns.
