I've been doing this work-relax periods since always literally, always making sure that I do not cross that line and get overworked and to this day I was thinking that I am wrong/lazy/unmotivated, but actually im always trying to balance things out and it turns out, I am doing the exactly what I need to be doing. Slow success is better :) Thanks Charlie, u're great!
My man!! I learned this from your other video when you shared what you do in a day. Your lunch break with no phone, and just music and sometimes staring at the wall made me realize I am doing it wrong. I am an old man now, but inspired by your savant level execution of just about everything. I appreciate all the videos and am excited to hop on a call with Jack tomorrow!! ☺️👏
Wow.. this is really changed my perspective. In that case, I have experienced short phases of burnout without even being aware of it. I am working on starting my own businesses, and there were days (today is actually one of them. I did work today but only for 4 hours instead of like 10, otherwise I wouldn't be watching this video) and there were days, no matter how much sleep, how good my food quality was, no matter how many breaks I take, it feels like my horsepower is reduced from 700 to like 200. Thanks for this great advice
I found this very useful. I’m in a big rut right now and I think it’s a counter from pushing my self for 3 years and now finally being able to relax. Totally uninspired. It is frustrating but it feels like my body is forcing me to take a big break. This makes sense to work relaxation in. I’d say this is exactly what advice Gary Vee is saying though. He says sleep is super important and to follow what level of work that’s best suited
Maybe the balanced style I had really worked, because I never uploaded so many videos on my channel so consistently for months with extreme discipline. This is really helpful, actually opened up my brain, thank you
Being consistent is important but knowing what people want is also very important, I got 2 mil views on 5 videos because I knew what my viewers wanted. Study the market and stick to 1 niche
@@CoachRiku After seeing your channel I guess making video game content ain't that bad after all, for some reason I felt embarrassed for making video game content, it got decent views but then I thought I was wasting my time, haven't uploaded for 6 months, now I can reconsider the choices I made. Thank you for your advice
Hey Charlie, my name is Jonathan and I scheduled for a discovery call December 8th. I’m currently in high school in the 12th grade, as I pursue my entrepreneurship journey. I want it more then anything in the world, I want what’s best for me and my family. location freedom, time freedom, and most importantly financial freedom. I’m looking forward to working with you and your time
@@DanEnescu Im 18, looking forward to this journey. Don’t stay discouraged brotha, use this time to build the skills to polish your work. You got this !
This is so true. Do what this man says my friends now before any unfortunate event causes your health to break down. If you're reading this relax your mind and let your conscious be free.
I recently stopped taking ashwagandha which is supposed to lower cortisol. Also I've seen myself get a little more lazy I think (could be placebo, idk). Do you think there could be a relation? Btw. I love your content, so happy I found your channel, these are pure value drops.
I've just started but I dont think my offer is very compelling. Should I use the rule of 200 before changing my offer, or keep improving and adding to it as I continue with outreach?
Well, Goggins is the reflection of extreme discipline and he does not seem to be anywhere near laziness or burnout, thus this entire assumption seems to be entirely wrong for me, or i'm missing some point

The most open and honest UA-camr in the space right now, we need content like this. The truth.
You're one of the few youtubers whose new videos I do not miss... cuz your videos do not miss! 🎯

I think that there is a better model, I have tried this and it's best when I go hard for 3 months then let myself take like 3 days off

Hey Charlie, I was wondering is SMMA dead or is it still going strong?
It will be never ever dead as long as there are businesses that sell on-line.
@@simonandrejko3036 Ok my next question is should I look for blue or red oceans? In other words populated Niches or not populated?
are you asking this because thomas uploaded a video saying its dead?
@@revelation3979 Thomas didnt say SMMA was dead just that in 2023 he is going to pivot his business to somthing elseike all the big dogs are doing.

Goggins’ form of burnout is physical. He has had heart, shin and knee surgeries. Everyone pays a price for discipline
Shouldn't believe everything you see online, you'd be surprised how different most people are off camera
Go bald?
guys go and Read 4-Hour Workweek and work 4 hours everyday. This is the recipie
4h won't get you shit in the beginning
4h will get you a good start to begin with, better to do something than nothing
