Welcome to the premiere of my quick & dirty overview video covering Quests from the infinite staircase for Dungeons & Dragons 5th edition ( 2014 ) and Dungeons & Dragons revised 5th edition ( 2024 ). If you have any questions. Leave a reply to this or simply leave a comment.
@@SnugSnowSnail9977 I agree. The old adventures often have truly interesting concepts and opportunities to interact with the cultures of the game world.
@@SnugSnowSnail9977 I don't know when or if , wizards of the coast will put out "The isle of dread". But Goodman Games has redone it for D&D 5th edition. It's original Adventure reincarnated # 2. I have yet to cover them. But i will in the near future.
@tabletopgamingwithwolfphototec yeah i saw that once. Would also love to see The Dancing Hut of Baba Yaga. Someone made a new 5th edition version of that. It's on dmsguild I think
Nice. Thanks for the review. I was actually considering perhaps buying this but, clearly now I can see I don't need to. I have all these originals. I can't possibly play 5E, and I'm still running a 30+ year 2E campaign, but I do like to occasionally convert some 5E stuff to use. With this book I was thinking they were going to do things from the 2E Planescape Tales from the Infinite Staircase book but... I guess not. ugh WOTC
Thank you. Please note besides the originals. Some of the adventures where released by Goodman Games in the "original Adventures reincarnated" line. Which contains the original Adventures and updated 5e versions done by Goodman Games and with new add-ons as well as interviews with the original creators of the B/X , ad&d & ad&s 2e adventures. The only thing i don't like about the Original Adventures reincarnated lines is each volume is a 500 page hardcover tome (book).

I like this book. The Lost City was something I wasn't expecting to like as much as I thought I would

I heard of it before and seen it.
But I'm not familiar with it.
Can you quickly describe it?
