That guy that legit checked them. He legit checked my UNC off white 1's, Sean Wotherspoon's, and my Travis Scott High 1's at Chicago Sneaker Con 2019 as well and I got the vibe that he knows his shit... The first legit checker I had was asking him questions because my UNC 1's are 11.5 men's and the stitching is wider on the bigger pairs around the toe box and shit apparently and all three of mine were real thank god... I waited in line for 1.5 hours and I didn't have to give the guy the money until they were legit checked. He waited in line with me the entire 1.5 hours with me haha. I felt bad, but I spent $3,000 with him...

There is actually. It's called a UPC code. It's found in the label but they can be copied as well. They also have a qr code in yeezy but can be copied as well.
Thing is I dont really trust the legit check lot. I had a cap from the supreme site. Literally the site itself and they said it was fake.

Exactly bruh! If it takes that much effort and they look that good who cares? I wear retail and UA/Replicas and not a single person can tell the difference. If resellers didn’t ruin the market by jacking sneakers prices 3-4 times retail price, then replicas wouldn’t be a thing. Just wear your shoes and enjoy them. Bro the legit checker is a family friend of mine, hes perfectly trained. He was tested with the yeezys up to 100 pairs with almost 30-40% fakes and you wont believe he could identify it all without a single miss. This man is unreal

@@alfredozertuche784 there is no difference bro, i worked in the industry and saw them being made, sometimes the "fakes" were even made alongside the "reals" and released at the same time as the "real" ones were, the only difference was the pay of the workers and that "fakes" keep getting produced years after the "reals" stopped. I keep stressing this in comments sections of videos that have legit checking in them or that talk trash about the fucking replicas saying that they "support child labor" some dumbass literally said they support fucking terrorism like how fucking dumb can you be. Also to answer your question, they ask foe the price because whenever the price is super cheap, that usually means that they are "fake", but let me tell yoy a personal experience.

One way of knowing a yeezy is fake is the lettering of the box like 350, Adidas by kanye or w.e. its usually a darker black while retail has a lighter black font. The shape and the a stripe in the toe box also gave it away. They should have legit checkers walking around checking if people are trying to sell fake shoes, especially in the pits.
there just aren't enough legit checkers around unfortunately because most people who attend these events are either buying or selling and dont go just to legit check shoes but I think whoever organises these events should hire legit checkers who like you said walk around to stop fakes being sold.

I think the best way to secure that every pair is legit, is to have as a rule, that every transaction you make, you have to take a photo with the pair and the person who sold it to you, so in the case that it turns to be fake, you have evidence of who was and what pair it was, and in case you don't find the guy who sold the feik pair, you already have the face and he can be banned
