Either you didn’t downgrade correctly or your using the wrong patcher. You need to be on version 1.21 and patcher/ins 2.4

They have pretty good tutorials in the citadel discord server but if you’ve never modded before you probably have to start by downgrading.

because since the new update I can't write an error.
xv2 ins it say error when i select the dbxv2.exe say error char and error failed unknown dlc 0x00000001FFFFFFFF
You have to downgrade
When you say XVIN can't be open, do you mean there can't be a single mod of it in use at the time before installing the kid cacs?
Just don’t have it open when you install the mod it will work fine afterwards 👍

Maybe try running either the installer or yabac in administration mode
