Sir why not cystoscope introduced first hand and guide wire placed in it ...before putting ureteroscope..

Dude that's for kids who do one case in 1 week..he is a legend..he does 10-15 cases per day

@@tiscachip I agree but sir he introduced 26fr sheath and visualized the orifices.... so I said better to do prior cystoscopy in such difficult cases. I respect his expertise.. it was just an suggestion.🙏
