Thanks for making a Cell's video, I've been using it with a similar game plan than yours these days: I use Festival Perfect Attack but instead of combo it with Ki Blast Cannon I use Try-Beam, it doesn't open for follow up combos but the damage is absurd and unvanishable

Majin buu- festival poison skill that is easy to spam, super armor, tanky, high stamina recovery, cookie beam Android 18- give her the infinite ki super soul so she can spam endless shot to evade attacks OR the stamina reset super soul from the gammas, endless shot is an s tier skill nobody uses nearly as much as they should, ki explosion, drains stamina with drain charge Goku black- starts with max ki and has an op festival skill and has ki blast cannon and god fist and sudden death beam and divine lasso... Cell is good but CLEARLY not the best... Id say 18 or buu are best
I wanna point out MAJIN BUU is better than cell... His festival skill poisons and is stupid easy to land on top of having cookie bean and a RIDICULOUS amount of hp ON TOP of having a great stamina recovery speed with the buu dont wanna super soul making him super tanky, have lots of stamina, can poison, AND cookie beam that is a grab ult THAT HEALS... Buu is s tier...
