Its not possible. You can't access the user's stored cookies unless there's a XSS vulnerability in the application and yes it is working in this generation, sure these tools are open source and are good to understand phishing but if your claim is that Phishing ain't working in 2024/25 then you are wrong, buddy! I would rather suggest you to learn how browser saves cookies and how browsers really work cause in this case, you are not targeting instagram rather the user's browser. Other than that, phishing is the only way to hack into any social accounts these days.
