Chowka is one of the basic dancing stances used in the entire Odissi dance. There are 10 defined steppings for Chowka by the legendary Gurus. It's mandatory to master those steppings before one learns the items.
This video contains a detailed description of the way Chowka step-1 and step-2 are done. These steps should be practiced regularly with perfection. You can do them 10 times in the beginning and increase the practice later to 50 or more.

Im not indian, Im from latin America, but since I was young I have been very interesting in classical dance from India, all the forms, so here I am...question: what is the better recomendation to start with your videos? I am in the 6 year of bollywood fusion ( the closest thing related to indian dance we have in my country) so I have some basic knowledge.

Yes Odissi is an Indian Classical Dance form. The Oldest as the book says. If you are asking about the acceptance of this dance style in your dance forms, personally its most welcomed. You may call it your style inspired by Odissi.
