Thank you. You can find it in the description box. I also linked it at the end of this lesson. It has details about conjugating the verbs in the present tense with the pronoun Ana أنا. I will Inshaallah be adding lessons about each pronoun. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thanks again بارك الله فيك.

Ma'am, I have one doubt. For I listen as I have heard from the other class it was asma'u but here it is astami'u. It's confusing. Can you explain?

I appreciate your question. So the difference between the 2 verbs is that اسمعُ is referring to the sense of hearing anyone can here something as long as they have the sense of hearing in the
أستمعُ ( astami’u ) other hand means listen carefully with full attention. Is is properly used in this sentence because we have the adjective جيَّداً ( good or very well) which means we are talking about the paying attention to what you are hearing.
      اِسْتَمَعْتُ جَيداً لِمِا سَمِعْتُ. Which means. I listened carefully to what I heard.
      استمعَ- listened
      سمِعَ- heard
Hope this was helpful. Please let me know if you have any other questions!!!!
