a nice workout as usual. i found that 40 min is just right for me, not too long that i really have to motivate myself to do it, not too short that i feel the burn is not enough.

This is a great intense workout in 40 minutes! I had a couple of painful moments towards the end but I pushed through. A good challenge. Thank you very much for your amazing classes! Wishing you all the best.

Yes I am still figuring out how I want to create my voice overs, as some people like it when I don't talk as much (so they can focus more on themselves and the movement), while others enjoy extra cues :) I am looking for something inbetween :) But I will keep it in mind for next time :) Thanks a lot for letting me know and have a great day!
