At first I did not want to listen to Joyce, much like I preferred reading Psalms to hearing from Paul. They both said things I did not like hearing. God spoke to me and said why did I pray for truth and understanding and then reject what He sent me. I cried because I had not realized I was grieving the Holy Spirit or rejecting God's answers to my prayers. Do you really want to grow? I decided I really did want to grow up so I started listening to those tough love messages and not just seeking the easy way and as I did - my blessings began to multiply and my testimony grew. I am a work in progress, but with the touch of the master's hand - we are each a future Masterpiece!

Christmas time years ago i walked into a Walmart with my children and was strapping my baby’s car seat onto the cart, putting my toddler on the inside, while keeping my eye on my eldest when a young man walked up to me, handed me a gift card, said Merry Christmas and walked off. After the shock I went to find and thank him. He was with his mom and they were walking around choosing families to bless. I couldn’t help but thank them in tears. It is one of the most beautiful things someone has ever done for my family. One of my goals is to take my own children and do the same.

After a divorce, domestic violence, shelters, we were finally moving into a townhouse. Having nothing I would go to a "soup kitchen" type of place. A woman asked if I was new to the area & in need of anything. She showed up at my place later that day with her teenaged son, she had put together kitchen, bathroom, essential items. She mentioned that she was not doing us a favor, our situation enabled her to teach her son a valuable lesson. After leaving her son came back with gift cards to a few grocery stores & gas stations. We had a hearing coming up that was crucial, we had not shared this information with anyone & it was exactly $50 round trip for gas/tolls. I had absolutely no one during that time but this could not be missed. When I opened the envelope he handed to me each gift card was for $50, I broke out in tears. He was NOT handing me gift cards for groceries/gas as they thought, they handed me the answer I prayed for all week. It was almost impossible for me to comprehend being on the receiving end of a true miracle.

One Sunday I saw a young lady come into church for the first time. I said to the Lord. Please Father send some body else 🤣🤣 He put such an urgency in my spirit that we have been friends for 23 years. We went into business together and go on Holliday's together. She is the Godmother of our only Grandson. She's walked a path of healing and God has shown me one step at a time how to stay by her side. Laugh and cry with her. I am so greatful that he never sent someone else.

I watched this last night. Today is my birthday! It has been a very good day! Today, I began to look for more opportunities to help others. God is really amazing! Today, one of my housemates said he needs a toaster. I have one I am not using because I have a toaster oven / air fryer / food dehydrator / all in one appliance. I gave him my toaster, which is almost brand new, still in the box. You would have thought I gave him something really big. You know what he said to me? I couldn't believe it. He said, "You are an angel. On your birthday you are giving gifts." Give someone a gift on your birthday. It is better to give than it is to receive.
I just love Joyce she really is hilarious 🤣 😂 😆 she's ✂️ cutting us while simultaneously applying the balm of truth. She's so transparent she keeps it real and practical, she doesn't play games, nor act phony, she reaches us where we live and calls it exactly what it is. I was given a car by a Christian lady in a church and she made sure I had insurance for 6 months as well. I started praying every morning God show me someone I can help with my car, and he put women struggling with packages in my view that I could speak with and give them a ride home. I give Him all the Glory.

Joyce would say that you should forgive those who hurt you. Not forgiving them only keeps you hurt and sad. Once you forgive them than the weight of pain is lifted off you. Jesus had forgiven us for our sins. I remind myself that very statement each time I’m confronted with someone who is angry and hurts me. I feel better when I say I’m sorry if I upset you. Perhaps we can speak again once we both cool off. Even though I’m not fighting back since God tells us to walk away from toxic people. I hope this helps you. Keep yourself humble and forgiveness will always be with you.

When I first heard Joyce Meyers, she spoke with a harsh voice and I told God I couldn't listen to her several months later I listened to Joyce Meyers again, this time something was different she had a softer voice and I was able to listen and hear and understand what she was saying. She actually said how she was harsh and how God changed her voice to soft spoken. I was amazed.

I gave someone i know money to help with an emergency.I am just getting out of debt myself. I fought against this person and their pleas but. every day that week i listened to your sermons and each had taught about giving and to trust that God is wanting us to help others. So I did. and putting myself in His hands because I am now back in debt to help someone else who is desperate and needed my help. I trust that God is pleased because i prayed to God about this.
Joyce, I have followed your sermons for many years, and this is one of your best. I work in a skilled nursing facility and every hall you walk down, there are continual needs from the elderly and staff that you pass by. Some of the staff at my facility should wear "Do Not Disturb" signs around their neck, because their body language and comments show that they do not want to be bothered. They are unapproachable. I love your reminders that every time Jesus helped someone or performed a miracle, He was on his way somewhere, to accomplish a task... and yet he always took time to stop and HELP those in need.

I just want to add there have been many times, I could not find a ride to church and that I really needed help as a returning missionary and all people would do was say "I'll pray for you" and I am praying for them because they missed the Joy of giving.

I always like to tell people help someone outside of your circle. There's nothing wrong with helping a spouse, sibling, parent or friend. But in reality there's no real effort in doing that. There are other people in our daily lives that we come across that need help as well.
Jesus never preached hate, but my American neighbors are struggling with xenophobia. When I asked them, "What would Jesus do?" They'd say "Buy guns. Lots of em." I think they might be too far gone and already on their way to hell.

I've been listening to this again as it 'popped up'. I've just noticed that the comment underneath is from me!! For many years I have asked "who can I help today Lord?" Since last time listening to this I have been more mindful and more definite and 'noticed' more and asked specifically for Him to send someone across my path. It works!!
She is doing the work of an evangelist. That is the Great Commission to all of us. And remember - love builds up... We all have spiritual gifts and talents - to be used for a reason, or a season. The Holy Spirit goes where it will. Like the wind, no one knows when He comes or where it goes. In the lasts days, His Spirit will be poured out on All flesh.

God uses Joyce Meyer in order to speak to me so frequently, her ministry has helped me no end. For which I would like to thank her, may God continue to bless your amazing work. Every time I tune into her sermons they always speak directly into whatever situation I find myself in at the time. They have ministered to me especially since 2016 right up to the present. My mother was seriously injured in 2016 knocked down by a car and in a coma she is still with us but is a shadow of her former self. Since then it has been one crisis after another as though facing an onslaught from the enemy the devil. Myself and my wife feel battered and bruised but still fighting. Joyce has been instrumental in keeping me strong In Christ throughout the ordeal of the last few years. I am stuck here, miserable, bitter, and alone. Please God, help me move past and find love and happiness in my life. I'm 52, and all of these horrible memories, PTSD, keep me from serving God and enjoying life. I'm alive but not living. Most days, I'm just waiting for death or for Jesus to come back. I have no sense of purpose, no direction, no sense of belonging. I am, as I always feared, like my mother was, plagued with depression and prefer sleeping over wakefulness. Lord, please heal my body and brain. My childhood was horrible, severely traumatic. It stunted my mental development, and handicapped me. I was physically and mentally tortured and tormented, now that I'm out of that situation, I continue to torture myself with the memories. I never feel good enough for God, or any religion. I believe in God and have been baptized, but still question whether I will go to heaven. I don't go to church much. People have abused and manipulated me with religion. I have severe social anxiety.trouble showering and taking care of my basic needs. I am afraid to tithe or give offerings much. I have been severely poor most of my life. I have always feared homelessness. I don't have any good Christian friends or family that I am close to. I think about death every day of my life. Everything is meaningless. I have made a mess of my life. I thought when I grew up things would be different after I got out of the house. Lord please free me from these shackles and bonds. Help me to move away, and on with life, find love, happiness, and purpose. I've made so many mistakes in my life. I have pushed the good people away, and punished myself by staying with people and jobs that are harmful to me. My nerves are shot. I can't handle mean and critical people. I am always on the verge of a meltdown with tears anger, and PTSD. When I get upset I disassociate and can't concentrate. I have many physical health problems. I am no longer able to work or do much off anything. I am grossly overweight, because I use food as a drug. Lord please help me break these chains. Help me to survive and thrive.
I began this amazing journey 3 years ago. I began with one pastor. I heard him a long time ago and I guess, was comfortable with him. He taught me to read the Bible, daily for about a year and half, approx. I needed the next sermon as I finished with this pastor's sermons on youtube. I compared everyone to his teachings. I listened to some other pastor's off/on. Then found a pastor I could listen to and continue learning. I skipped Joyce along the way. But, now I listen to her daily on UA-cam for a month now. I believe I was ready, now for her teachings. God knows what He's doing with me. I don't question that. Enjoy this great Lady. She has answered two really big questions I had for a long, long time. I had watched Joyce on her Pod cast with Ginger just before this sermon. That was answer number 2. Answer one was a couple of weeks ago. Her past life, younger years, and mine relate. When I first heard Joyce Meyers, she spoke with a harsh voice and I told God I couldn't listen to her several months later I listened to Joyce Meyers again, this time something was different she had a softer voice and I was able to listen and hear and understand what she was saying. She actually said how she was harsh and how God changed her voice to soft spoken. I was amazed.

Sometimes when called to do something hard, I of course say yes, but my stomach rumbles and I get really nervous n don't know how to deal with this but I KNOW that HE is in charge! And we get through it with HIM! Trust!!!

I gave someone i know money to help with an emergency.I am just getting out of debt myself. I fought against this person and their pleas but. every day that week i listened to your sermons and each had taught about giving and to trust that God is wanting us to help others. So I did. and putting myself in His hands because I am now back in debt to help someone else who is desperate and needed my help. I trust that God is pleased because i prayed to God about this.

You need not be in debt to help somebody. You help as much as you can without drowning. We are responsible for our actions and our lives.
Joyce, I have followed your sermons for many years, and this is one of your best. I work in a skilled nursing facility and every hall you walk down, there are continual needs from the elderly and staff that you pass by. Some of the staff at my facility should wear "Do Not Disturb" signs around their neck, because their body language and comments show that they do not want to be bothered. They are unapproachable.
I love your reminders that every time Jesus helped someone or performed a miracle, He was on his way somewhere, to accomplish a task... and yet he always took time to stop and HELP those in need.

I just want to add there have been many times, I could not find a ride to church and that I really needed help as a returning missionary and all people would do was say "I'll pray for you" and I am praying for them because they missed the Joy of giving.
Wow I'm so sorry. Most church's don't care about the person who doesn't have s ride. That's not the Christian way.

I always like to tell people help someone outside of your circle. There's nothing wrong with helping a spouse, sibling, parent or friend. But in reality there's no real effort in doing that. There are other people in our daily lives that we come across that need help as well.

Jesus never preached hate, but my American neighbors are struggling with xenophobia. When I asked them, "What would Jesus do?" They'd say "Buy guns. Lots of em." I think they might be too far gone and already on their way to hell.
@@AproposDare With the way the world is today and crime going up the way it is, I see why they would say this. Hopefully what they mean is to get the guns to protect themselves defensively if somebody would approach them

God uses Joyce Meyer in order to speak to me so frequently, her ministry has helped me no end. For which I would like to thank her, may God continue to bless your amazing work. Every time I tune into her sermons they always speak directly into whatever situation I find myself in at the time. They have ministered to me especially since 2016 right up to the present. My mother was seriously injured in 2016 knocked down by a car and in a coma she is still with us but is a shadow of her former self. Since then it has been one crisis after another as though facing an onslaught from the enemy the devil. Myself and my wife feel battered and bruised but still fighting. Joyce has been instrumental in keeping me strong In Christ throughout the ordeal of the last few years. It seems as though her teaching has even moved up a notch lately for Joyce is on fire with what she preaches the Holy Spirit anointing of her ministry is very much evident. So thank you again Joyce, God Bless you and all your family. Andrew and Deborah.

If men choose to listen to her, that's their choice, or you can choose not to. So, since you don't support her teaching, why are you even in the comments? You should be paying her no mind at all. "I just wonder how many people here tonight are mad at someone, or offended?" Lord please help me let go of the the anger, hurt, pain, depression, anxiety, shame, and guilt. I am stuck here, miserable, bitter, and alone. Please God, help me move past and find love and happiness in my life. I'm 52, and all of these horrible memories, PTSD, keep me from serving God and enjoying life. I'm alive but not living. Most days, I'm just waiting for death or for Jesus to come back. I have no sense of purpose, no direction, no sense of belonging. I am, as I always feared, like my mother was, plagued with depression and prefer sleeping over wakefulness. Lord, please heal my body and brain. My childhood was horrible, severely traumatic. It stunted my mental development, and handicapped me. I was physically and mentally tortured and tormented, now that I'm out of that situation, I continue to torture myself with the memories. I never feel good enough for God, or any religion. I believe in God and have been baptized, but still question whether I will go to heaven. I don't go to church much. People have abused and manipulated me with religion. I have severe social anxiety.trouble showering and taking care of my basic needs. I am afraid to tithe or give offerings much. I have been severely poor most of my life. I have always feared homelessness. I don't have any good Christian friends or family that I am close to. I think about death every day of my life. Everything is meaningless. I have made a mess of my life. I thought when I grew up things would be different after I got out of the house. Lord please free me from these shackles and bonds. Help me to move away, and on with life, find love, happiness, and purpose. I've made so many mistakes in my life. I have pushed the good people away, and punished myself by staying with people and jobs that are harmful to me. My nerves are shot. I can't handle mean and critical people. I am always on the verge of a meltdown with tears anger, and PTSD. When I get upset I disassociate and can't concentrate. I have many physical health problems. I am no longer able to work or do much off anything. I am grossly overweight, because I use food as a drug. Lord please help me break these chains. Help me to survive and thrive.
Please Lord, help me take away the devil's foothold. Quick to forgive, hard to offend.
I pray for your healing and mine to our Lord Jesus. 🙏🙏
We can let go of those painful memories through our Lord Jesus.

I began this amazing journey 3 years ago. I began with one pastor. I heard him a long time ago and I guess, was comfortable with him. He taught me to read the Bible, daily for about a year and half, approx. I needed the next sermon as I finished with this pastor's sermons on youtube. I compared everyone to his teachings. I listened to some other pastor's off/on. Then found a pastor I could listen to and continue learning. I skipped Joyce along the way. But, now I listen to her daily on UA-cam for a month now. I believe I was ready, now for her teachings. God knows what He's doing with me. I don't question that. Enjoy this great Lady. She has answered two really big questions I had for a long, long time. I had watched Joyce on her Pod cast with Ginger just before this sermon. That was answer number 2. Answer one was a couple of weeks ago. Her past life, younger years, and mine relate. And my early years of marriage at 20 years old, was very difficult for me. Now I understand why. God's timing is perfect. ❤ - Lynda
