Now we are looking at the most popular scoring play in golden point extra time being the field goal. However this time we are ranking this list from the shortest field goals to the longest using the same criteria explained in our video of the 10 Longest Field Goals from 2010-2020, video here: • 10 Longest Field Goals...
There have been 80 game winning field goals in golden point and 60 were from 2010-2021. Due to limited access to footage, we will be ranking this list based on NRL matches from 2010-2021. Also, we will just be showing the field goals themselves and not briefly summarising the match like usual purely because there’s 60 field goals to get through and the video would take a very long time...
Michael Morgan's game winning field goal in the 2017 Elimination Final between the Cowboys and the Sharks will not be considered for this list as it was in extra time and not golden point extra time.
