About a year ago I had a background acting job at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel. At the same time, the bank of Canada was hosting a dinner event for bank of Canada executives. So while I was earning minimum wage. People who are payed 6 figures to run the country into the ground get a free dinner at one of the most prestigious hotels in Toronto.
Many Canadians get whats going on they are just too scared to rise up and put an end to it.
This is the problem, and the exact reason the gun grab happened. There was a man with a funny mustache some years ago that had the same playbook.

What's happening in Canada can be summed up in a quote of a few words (and I'm paraphrasing) "the one country that I admire most is China because of its basic dictatorship that is able to get things done..." Our fair share of the debt is $0!! We DO NOT benefit from any of the spending NOR agree to the waste. We didn't even qualify for CERB, NOT that I would want to take it and have them now come back and try to take back the payments 4 years later. The Corporation of Canada has NOTHING to offer us except debt, poverty, despair (from being treated as less than human and having our rights and freedoms striped for our choice to NOT take an experiment. The learning we NEVER had rights and freedoms if they can take them away) and stealing our money while gas lighting us that it is our fault we have this debt and government waste and we must be enslaved forever and should be happy about living in poverty.

Government promises can be summed up this way. If a government says they are going to rebate ALL Canadian’s $20. You would think that all Canadian’s pay $20 and get $20 back. Instead the bureaucracy needs to tax you $50 to pay for themselves to process the $20 rebates. This goes for ALL programs. The government can offer you nothing without taking from you first.
Fair share? Do Canadians get to spend thousands per month on hair and esthetic like DM Freeland? Do Canadians get $200,000 meals on a vacation trip like PM Trudeau?
"Prosperity" comes to those who work hard to get it.

I visited Canada recently and noticed auto check out counters at Walmart . This reduces employment. Parking lots near lakes were charging for exorbitant rates. From my last trip in 2014 everything was more expensive

Fortis BC started appearing at his property because he was putting more power in to the grid than receiving. They wanted to find a way to stop this.
On his way in to his property, as he lived like 20kms off a dirt road on the complete other side of a mountain pass, a Fortis vehicle was leaving his property.
When he got home, his shed and generator room were opened.
Nothing happened for a few days, and then WAMMO! His entire grid caught fire.
He KNOWS he didn't do anything wrong. Fortis came and sabotaged his grid, endangering his children.
Couldn't prove they went to his property. Because of the fire, they forced him to remove the equipment.

For income range 100K - 190K:
Florida state income tax: 0%
Federal income tax: 24%
Florida sales tax: 6%
Total: 30%
For someone in Quebec in that range:
Quebec income tax: 20%
Federal income tax: 18%
Quebec sales tax: 14.95%
Total: 52.95%
This is exclusive of property and the many other taxes (driving, alcohol, etc) the government makes available. The sales tax is a killer as you get taxed at 15% every time you spend money.
In Quebec, and most provinces in Canada, you are working to feed the government coffers and not your own. Some health care is included in the taxes you pay, quality of service and waiting times vary.
