This app is terrible. I have a 2020 Corsair. When I try to set up my phone as a key, I get two responses. (1) I type in my username and password and get the next screen, "User Authentication," with a circle saying "Loading," and that has been doing that for 45 minutes. (2) On the rare occasion when it did find my information and tell me to set up my phone as a key, I type the username for the phone, and I get "Unable to download your key." Way too frustrating. I just deleted it.
This application is a total failure. Useless. I just bought a 2024 Aviator. Downloaded the app and when I attempted to go to the next screen to enter the vehicle, the spinning "loading" circle just kept on spinning. I let it spin for about an hour and still no progress. Makes Lincoln look kinda stupid. Anyway... uninstalled it and chalked it up to another Ford Corporate step to bankruptcy.
I don’t get the activate vehicle button on my app why should I do?

This app is no good if it's limited to a year type of car , how about others .
They can't seem to get mine to activate on my 2019 Continental
