Really love how such a small compliment at 23:48 cheered Bart up. I feel like he wasn’t feeling himself and that gave him a small boost. Definitely gave his all.
Damn your boxing sessions with PJ are my favorite. I've been glued this entire video watching this art
I like how pj engages on a personal level with his clients it’s not just instructor mode. That’s a good aspect of his besides being a good trainer 🙌🏽
Leo Morales thank you Leo, very insightful comment brother. Appreciate it 🤛🏾💯
PJ seems like an awesome coach man, keep up the good work!
Totally agree! Would love to find a good coach like him but i cant find any around where i live
I had beeen waiting for this video❤
Watching previous episodes over and over
I love seeing strong guys pick up fight training. Making all that muscle DANGEROUS! So cool to see my favorite youtubers train together
bruh, i literally watched the past videos of this,
went to sleep,
woke up,
and saw this....
the fuuck?
Love PJ's style of coaching. Will def book a PT when i visit the US
I clicked right away when I saw the title. Do more of this type of video please.
Is this playlist on Spotify? I want to use it when I train later on today
This coach is laid back as fuck and has some good life tips. What an inspiration
I love these vids :)
Good job!!!
This is beast 🔥
It was cool of Geo to give Bart a pair of her pants for this training session! Looking good!
These are dope.
Can't wait to see what Bart's new training space is gonna look like in his new house!
Bart sounds like an old Chinese man every time he's like OoOoh
This vid got me trying to write some tips and tricks on improving my own boxing skills 😂😂😂
Will you drop a link of your playlists or list of songs for different types of workout, specifically weightlifting?
Wow! Movement and angles are getting better. Cardio is getting better. Bart is looking good. Bart, I'm going to need you to sign up for an amateur MMA fight. Ive done it before with significantly less training. I lost by split decision but it was the best experience of my life! I want you to experience that, win lose or draw, you'll love it. And if you play it smart, injuries really isn't a factor. The only thing that hurt after the fight was my legs. Leg kicks are no joke in real life lmao
The Champ
Just copped some merch
pj seems like an absolutely unbelievable person
I love the boxing videos because you can always learn from them and get an incite on what the training is like, but you also get a view of barts sexy RS7 oof too nice
You know what'd be dope, if you had your own home gym for training with all that real estate in your new backyard!
That Audi hoodie PJ has on is fire.
Lee Vo - Trader & Investor thank you Lee! Got it way before I got the car. Love it 🙏🏾
I learned more about boxing in this video than I ever did in my taekwando class lol. I’m quitting and doing MMA and boxing now
Well taekwondo doesn't really use fists since it's a kick centered martial art, so you can't expect to learn alot about boxing or striking with your fists as a taekwondo practitioner
Just out of curiosity, how does training with PJ help you with your boxing when your focus is on Muay Thai? The stance and footwork is so different? Even when ducking is different because with MT you can throw knees and kicks. Always love the training videos.
Have you ever consider training for an iron man challenge. i started my training last week, my goal is to do one in 2021
Just earned a sub watched a few vids
can i get barts playlist
Next boxing video Bart spars with Gennady Golovkin
Damn bart
There’s boxing gyms that have coaches who train legit professional boxers for way more cheaper js... I started boxing at the UFC gym where coach PJ used to give classes. Payed 80 a month to learn the basics for like 5 months, and when I switched to a boxing gym what I had learned in 5 months people learn in 1 month at my boxing gym, and I only pay 30 a month...
Bryan 01 good call Bryan. I can totally agree, but good 1-on-1 instruction and coaching isn’t cheap and cheap instruction and coaching isn’t always good
How old is Bart? I’m 24 and in the MC but I wanna know I’ll still be able to push weight when I’m older lol.
More powerlifting content pleaseeeee
You guys should know the channel AskTheFeels
Would love to see you do another video with Shane Fazen
@@TrainwithPJ Hell yeah Coach! I was hella hype when I finally realized you were the same PJ from FightTIPS
Only 5 comments 🤷♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤔🤔
Crazy how bart is like a kid compared to this guy in a fight
Boxing is great for fitness. And defense.
i think learning martial arts is a better investment than working out in gym, if you have to choose one.
@@garynico9872 Strength training is better than not strength training. Bruce Lee was a pioneer in physical fitness, martial arts, muscle stimulation, meditation. It's all personal preference. With all due respect, to each their own. It's better to do something than nothing.
@@kidsilverback577 agree, but strength training can be done with calisthenic too. Preference i'd say.
@@garynico9872 plyometrics is amazing too. I'm a track & field thrower. Did a little Judo too. All of it is great for health.
Do BJJ or judo. You need a grappling sport to turn into a beast
Idk if you are already aware but he has a good bit of wrestling under his belt
2nd
Try to show the footwork aswel next time
You Shouldnt hire a coach but sparring partners u should, wanna learn how to fight get in there and fight its the only way
Sokany nose bleeds bart
Good sparring but you seem to be pulling back your punches a bit too much. I know you are supposed to control your power but it almost seemed that you were afraid of hitting your coach. Gotta let those hands go at times. He is gonna hit you anyway, may as well hit back.
Sparring on pavement is fucking stupid though.
His arms are to big to box
23:48 Idk why, but that hit me in the feels for a second
