I’m really hoping that Selena’s real character is finally understood by the public so she can finally put some serious thought into her behavior. What she did to Hailey for all these years as well as Justin was despicable. She was at her peak in every way, i.e, the most followed person on Instagram, revival being her best album til this day which is also because she took her craft seriously, music wasn't so meh to her back then the way it is now. She was absolutely stunning, like a siren, almost every guy I had met during 2015-16 had a crush on her, and so many girls including me wanted to be her. I sometimes feel like it's so sad that we are never going to get that version of her back, it's not just due to her botched surgeries that made her look like a 50 year old, but due to the bitterness she often emits online, maybe because she feels like she's far past her prime? My son isn't on social media as he's way too young to even be on a computer/phone but I can't help but wonder, when I see all these young kids/pre-teens/teens and sadly young adults bullying someone for what they look like or their spouse looks like, what their parents would think if they knew that's how their child spent their free time. If I went through my son's phone and found out he was bullying ANYONE or making fun of someone for how they looked I would be beyond mortified. I would be embarrassed. I think their relationship screams PR to me because Selena said that she and Benny have been dating for 6 months when she announced their relationship but in those 6 months, she's been non-stop making Tiktoks, IG stories and more about being single. It was giving pick me energy then come to find out she was in a whole ass relationship HAHAHA I think a lot of guys in the industry know how Selena really is in real life and they refuse to either date her for real or get in a PR relationship with her. I’m really hoping that Selena’s real character is finally understood by the public so she can finally put some serious thought into her behavior. What she did to Hailey for all these years as well as Justin was despicable.
Also, i strongly believe that the reason many of the fans aren’t happy with Selena dating Benny is because many of them kept saying how Justin had downgraded to Hailey after breaking up with Selena. It’s hard to let go of someone you’ve put an emtional attachment to since you were a kid. And also became a passive fan of Hailey. But not at all a fan of Justin. Out of the whole drama, he’s the only one who came out the least dragged which is unfair for the ladies, because they’re both constantly being pinned against one another even after more than half a decade has passed and is still going on.
When will the drama end? Cant we just all move on with our lives and celebrate both women and their relationships and just let the past stay in the past? It’s so tiring whenever the media regurgitates the drama and starts riling up the fans from both sides just for more clicks while both ladies take the hits of the other’s fanbase😵💫

Genuinely curious: I'm a mom. My son isn't on social media as he's way too young to even be on a computer/phone but I can't help but wonder, when I see all these young kids/pre-teens/teens and sadly young adults bullying someone for what they look like or their spouse looks like, what their parents would think if they knew that's how their child spent their free time. If I went through my son's phone and found out he was bullying ANYONE or making fun of someone for how they looked I would be beyond mortified. I would be embarrassed. It's scary knowing that probably 95% of parents have ZERO clue what their child is doing on social media. They have zero clue their child is dog piling their hateful rhetoric onto a young woman about what her boyfriend looks like.
Some of the reasons people self-sabotage is because they are afraid of getting hurt. Or don't know how they will deal with the circumstances when things are fine. If you have been in a lot of bad environments, it becomes normal. It is not easy to understand, as people do not understand the driving force behind it. Some people don't even know that they are sabotaging themselves. They just do. Its better too destroy your own life, than let other do it. Its about control.
