A lawyer who got excluded from Gotti's last case precisely because the Gotti tapes were hard evidence he was being used as an in-house Gambino lawyer and thus could be called to testify lol. Eppolito is a moron on top of being a moron for hiring that guy when he should've hired someone far and away from mob associations. Cutler thought he was this hot shot attorney because he really believed he got Gotti off the prior cases due to his awesomeness except it was Sammy who was fixing the trials. He's a media hungry showman.

To be fair, it's not necessarily that simple. For instance, the most notable jury tampering case in question, the government itself confirmed that it was ONE juror who was paid to vote not guilty. So the idea would be to make it a hung jury. But in that trial Gottii ended up being found not guilty which meant ALL jurors voted not guilty. Even the prosecution does not claim that the others jurors were tampered with. Just that one.

The Democratic Party right now, is nothing more than a corrupt crime syndicate, no different than the Mob and they also have the corrupt media in their back pocket, they give everything they can to blacks and other minorities, because they help keep them in power. Also, they use the race card all the time, much like the Italian Mobsters did, back in the day. The Democrats were in bed with the Mafia, to get John Kennedy elected and where were the hotbeds of the Mafia ? Chicago, NYC, New Orleans, all Democratic run cities, that is not a coincidence.

Fascinated with his case, I wrote to Eppolito at the Tuscon Federal Penitentiary, not really expecting a reply. We then wrote back and forth 7 times; I have all his letters framed and, after the first where Louis was pissed and writing me, "You go ahead and believe all the lies; that's fully on you.,' he was very cordial. One letter he expressed his deep hatred for Burt Kaplan, a convicted drug dealer who failed multiple lie detector tests but who the Feds used to burn Louis and Carracapa. The second to last letter from him ended with previously unused foul language. He wrote, "Nothing is worse than being in prison waiting to die"..Then, "Just know that no motherf***er in this shit hole ever f**ked with me, so I'm fine." Again, his letters were never so harsh. I just felt like something was up. And there was. My last letter, for the first time, did not get a response. A few months later, Louis passed away. Clearly, he knew his life-clock was ticking away.. I'll never sell those letters. Did he and his partner do everything the Feds say they did, including taking out a high ranked mob guy like Eddie Lino? Like the Hoffa situation, we'll probably never know for sure.

Just an honest question, absolutely no malice or attempt to be argumentative here - Do you think they were innocent of all the murders they were tried and convicted of? @@RustyAShackleford Hi from Chicagoland.
Your ? Do I think Lou and Carracappa were innocent of all the murders. No. Absolutely not, especially where they hunted down
top captain Eddie Lino on The Parkway. Eppollito distracted Lino at the driver door, then Steven took him out from the passenger side,
Apparently, a wrist watch with Carracappa's DNA was found at/near the shooting site. Drug dealer Kaplan, who testified for the prosecution against the 2 cops, failed 3 lie detectors .Look it up. Public Record, but not admissible at trial; makes no sense that law.
My father, who worked against organized crime first in NY/NJ, then was transferred to Chicago against the Outfit here, said they took money, but for what?
So that most likely means 1st information, then grabbing possible rats and probably led up to murder.
I'll end by saying that documentaries with this Veccionne guy; he truly hated those 2 cops (detectives). When you hate someone
and you know the right people, i.e., prosecutors, other cops, judges, etc. you can put anyone away. Take Care.
