I tried the ruler trick the only problem is that when you put UV tape around something then fill the “bowl” with resin, if it’s something like a ruler your making it could come out all wonky. What’s supposed to be a straight line for me is more like a heart monitor line 😂
Hi! Young artist here. Not a pro but this is just my criticizm of these crafts. 1. No offense, but who would waste their paint to paint a pencil which is gonna eventually be sharpened away? Also who cares about how your pencils look? 2. Cute, but, who would decorate their highlighter of all things?? Also those sprinkles are just gonna fall off and make a mess. 3. It looks cute, but, notice how they didnt move the ruler after... its because the line isnt even straight. Not worth it if the runer isnt even gonna be straight as intended. It would honestly just be nenner to make yoir own straight resin riler instead of modifying an already straight ruler and making it not straight anymore.. 4. Thats cute! I like it, but to prevent the paint from coming off, some kind of protection needs to be applied, like varnish, or even clear nail polish. 5. Oh, thats nice! I like that, its a little decoration thing. 6. Nothing wrong here, its acceptable as it is, as its just a little decor accessory. 7. Simple and cute looking.

For sure. The sides need to be solid. I would do it with glitter instead of sprinkles so that the numbers and markings could still be seen.
