Gideon Levi offends many of us ( at 2:03 ) when he suggests that Israeli Arabs can be compared to Haredi Jews in the context of the discussion. Israel, as I understand it, is the Jewish State first - although its Arabs and other minorities ( quite unlike anywhere else in the Mideast ) have the privilege of living in a free democracy.
Aryeh Finklestein nah its fine, you dont want a real democracy, you want special privilages for jews, which is not democratic. What makes israel jewish is its demographic majority and immigration laws, not your brilliant ideas. Now go out there and say it out loud since Im too busy taking my meds
