Nice picture with old trucks before I was a trucker and trucks from when a started my truck driving life in 1985.I liked to drive Volvo F12 with 385 horsepower back in the good old days from my trucking life mostly in Sweden. In 1985 I thought Volvo F12 was a modern truck comparison with Scania 141 as I also was drivning at this time.I have also driven Scania 110,111,112,140,141,142,143,144 and newer Scania with 500 horsepower and Volvo F16 with 470 horsepower, FH 500 horsepower, Volvo FM with 420,460 and 480 horsepower under my trucking career.I am retired since 2018 after 33 year from truck driving when I was 52 year.I remember my trucking life and I liked to drive my 18 wheeler semi-trailer with shippingocontainers mostly from terminal to port in Gothenburg for 20 years.I have also driving my truck around in Sweden in longer distance and sleeping in my truck mostly when I was a young truck driver from Gothenburg with canopy trailers or shippingocontainers or with 24 meters lorries with different and various goods to Stockholm, Södertälje, Eskilstuna, Västerås, Malmö, Kalmar, Karlstad, Gävle, Uppsala, Örebro,Strömstad, Mariestad, Skövde, Skara, Oskarshamn, Västervik, Kristianstad, Helsingborg, Malmö,Falkenberg, Varberg, Uddevalla,Linköping, Motala, Norrköping, Söderhamn,Sundsvall,Hudiksvall,Värnamo,Växjö,Jönköping,Eksjö, Nässjö,Ljungby,Halmstad and many other citys in Sweden.I have also driven one 18 meters trucks between Gothenburg and Copenhagen in Denmark for one year on a daily basis and sleep in my truck.I have also been with my truck and canopy trailers in Norway, Oslo, Halden, Trondheim and I also have driven 24 meters and 25,25 meters trucks with trailer with double cargo plan with food to grocery stores in Sweden and garbage in the last time of my trucking life.I remember my trucking life but I don't miss my trucking life at all these days because I like to be retired and make money on the Stockmarket in front of my computer these days as my hobby.

Never did the Middle East, I wish I had, too late now. The good old Mack followed by the Scandinavian brand is the trusted brand. I'm surprised the Fiat, Iveco is used a lot but needs must.
    Great video, Thanks.

The Volvo f88 and f89 are awesome looking. They are are smart looking with a powerful front. They don't build trucks like this no more.

I remember my first time in a 1963 ERF it was old then. A series was next N registration then the ERF b series WOW as kids me and my brother loved it. That was until Dad got a V8 Magirus Deutz with the new Fiat cab it was so plush ten times better than the car we had.
Then the mid eighty's took us to the Ford Transcontinental and Seddon Atkinson which took us back to the 1970s for us they looked dated.
Dad had Scania's for years but he loved his Iveco Turbostar . The only artic that could top a ton...
